Booking terms

This site has no booking forms and handles no payments. You write to us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone with your dates and the number of guests; we reply with the total price, the deposit and the terms of the stay.

The booking is confirmed only when we tell you so in writing. Until then no date is held and nothing is owed: choosing dates on this site's calendar is not a booking.

The price depends on the season and the number of guests: it isn't published on the site, we give it to you in full in our reply, before you commit.

A deposit is paid on confirmation: the amount and how to pay it are written in the confirmation itself, together with when and how the balance is paid.

The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person per night is added to the rate, paid in cash on site; children up to 7 are exempt, and any other exemptions are set by the Municipality of Mandello del Lario.

We give you the cancellation and change terms in writing before confirmation, together with the price and the deposit: they are part of the agreement and don't change afterwards.

For accommodation contracts on specific dates, the law does not provide the fourteen-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases (article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): the terms agreed at confirmation therefore apply.

If you need to change or cancel, write to us as soon as possible: we always look for a solution.

Check-in from 4 pm to 8 pm, self check-in with a key lockbox; check-out by 10 am.

The loft sleeps at most 4 people, who are those named in the confirmation.

The box in the residence's underground garage is reserved for the loft and is free. Shared areas follow the residence's regulations.

On arrival we must register an identity document for each guest: the law requires us to report the details to the police (Questura), through the Alloggiati Web portal, within 24 hours. It's a legal obligation, not our choice.

The loft's National Identification Code is CIN IT097046C2OQFZDK6I.

The loft is let for tourist purposes by Alessandra Comini, privately and not as a business, in Mandello del Lario (LC), Italy.
