You book
by writing to us
There's no basket and no form to fill in: you send us your dates, we reply with the price and the confirmation. We handle everything ourselves, in person.
How to reach us
We answer in Italian, English and French, usually within an hour.
What to tell us
Three things are enough: your arrival and departure dates, how many of you there are and whether there are small children (there's a cot, a playpen and a high chair). If you've already looked at the calendar, the buttons on the “Availability” page write the message for you.
We reply with the total price for those dates, how much is paid on confirmation and how to get here. No commitment until we've agreed.
Would you rather book on Airbnb?
That's absolutely fine: it's the same listing and the reviews are there. Booking directly, though, you don't pay the platform's fees, and we can be more flexible about times and special requests.
