How it works

Pick your dates
Click your arrival day and then your departure day. If a booked night is in between, we'll tell you straight away.

Send us the message
The buttons prepare the text with dates and number of guests: you just press send.

Get the confirmation
We reply with the exact price, the deposit and the arrival instructions. Usually within an hour.
Prices
The price depends on the season, the number of nights and how many of you there are: that's why we prefer to quote it for you rather than publish a rate that then doesn't match. Send us your dates and we'll tell you right away, with no obligation.
Booking directly, you don't pay the platforms' booking fees, and we can be more flexible about arrival times, long stays and special requests.
Good to know before booking
- Check-in from 4 pm to 8 pm, self check-in with a key lockbox.
- Check-out by 10 am.
- 4 guests at most: two on the mezzanine, two on the living-room sofa bed.
- The mezzanine is open to the living room and reached by a staircase.
- Municipal tourist tax of €2 per person per night, paid in cash on site; children up to 7 are exempt.
- A free private box in the underground garage, with a lift up to the loft.
